He is a large 6 month old Mastiff(Cane Corso)and he heavily resembles a Lab. He is Black with a little bit of white on the chest and he has a tiny white line on the side of his upper lip. He has beautiful brown eyes, floppy ears, a docked tail and beautiful (large) paws. He was brought from Pennsylvania and still hasnt been able to relax in the city so he is very nervouse and scared when taken for walks or when around other people. I had posted back in June two lost dogs - a nine year old female white german shepherd and a 2 year old black and tan female doberman with cropped ears and docked tail. My dogs disappeared without a trace from the Hilton/Clarkson area on May 19, 1999. I just wanted to add an update that to date my dogs have not been found. My family and I are heartbroken and miss them terribly and would ask that if anyone knows anything with regard to the whereabouts of either of these dogs, to please contact me by email at kallen@courts.state.ny.us or by calling me at (716) 392-1288. Regarding the light tiger/white cat posted on July 13th: It is an unneutered male, age unknown at this time. He has gotten a reprieve. The animal control officers have turned him over to GRASP, Inc. since he has shown himself to be very affectionate. It was most likely d/t the barking dogs that he was overly reserved and off-standish. He really is a sweet boy with a big round face. We will try to find the owner but now he is considered a cat in need of a new home! He will be leukemia tested, vacc., neutered, wormed, Advantaged and anything else he needs. Lost!! Male, Neudered Cat named Gunther. He is mainly black, with a white crest above his nose, has a small patch of white fur just below his nose, and a small patch of white fur on his back left leg, around the knee area. His stomach, chin, chest, and all four paws are white. He has green eyes, and a black nose. He is 1 yr. old. All shots are up to date. He was lost in Buffalo, NY. My boyfriend, is a truck driver, and Gunther escaped when one of the truck doors weren't shut completely. This occured midnight-1 AM on the morning of 3/31/99.
