LOST!!!! My best friend Daisy (a cat) has been missing since the 5th of October 2000. Daisy went missing in the area of Appleton near Warrington in Cheshire.She is one and a half years old, has been neutered, and is of medium build. She is a tortoise shell tabby cat black slash markings. She has a black 'M' on her forehead and a black spotted beige tummy. When she went missing she was wearing a dalmation print colar with a tag showing her name and telephone number. She is very loving but may have become timid towards strangers. FOUND-BROCKPORT, Holly St. area 11/30. Found grey and black tiger kitten. Not sure of age. Kitten has long fluffy hair. No collar or tags. Front claws appear to have been trimmed so it's possible this is an escapee from inside the home. Extremely friendly and really loves our dog. 1:00 am, sun, nov 26. My dog was hit by a car in the area of E. Delavan and Eggert, Buffalo. He ran, and I cannot find him. The link to the erie county webpage doesn't work, so I will try my luck here. He is a 3 yr old lab mix, neutered male, black, purple nylon collar, answers to Howie. Found Cat: Small female black and white kitty, white feet, chest, and "milk moustache". She was found at the Canadice Lake boat launch on 11/14 by a well-meaning person who thought she was my Puddin (see 11/8 post below). I think she is probably only 6 months old. We found what appears to be an abandoned kitten...but in case it is lost, instead...it is about 5 weeks old, black and white, semi-long haired cuties. The tip of his tail is missing and he was malnourished. Very friendly, uses the litter box, loves kids, adjusts well to other animals (we have 3 cats and a dog). We found him on Sunday, September 17th in the Elba area on Sheelar Rd. If he belongs to you and you want to reclaim him, we would be happy to hand him over. "Little One" is our 6 year old, declawed, neutered, male housecat that apparently slipped out the door when no one was looking on Wednesday, August 30. He has a white belly and tabby markings on his back and face. A distinguishing feature is a brown spot on his chin that looks like dirt (but isn't.) I'm quite a cutie I may add...I'm black with four white paws, a white bib and face...I have a cute little pink nose too...I have been completly de-clawed... My misstress has had me since I was a baby kitten that weighed only 3/4 of a pound...She's has taken very good care of me and has spoiled me very much!!! I even have my own pillow that is all mine on her bed.... I know she is heart broken and knowing her, she has spent many hours looking for me...as I have been looking for her...I've tried finding my way back home but I'm lost and don't know where I'm at...I don't go out doors except for this first time and it has gotten me in a lot of trouble as you can see!!! FOUND near Wayland, NY, late June/early July: small female Brittany, probably two to three years old. She is sweet as can be! She was found running loose on I-390, so she may have bolted from a car at a rest stop or from a campground. She was wearing a collar but no tags. Please email me with any information that might help me find her owners, as they must be devasted at losing such a wonderful dog. GOOD NEWS! After 3 weeks DOTTIE HAS BEEN FOUND! She's quite a bit thinner than when she left. She was dirty, tired, and starving Thursday night when we got her back! Outdoor living definitely did not agree with her. She is now settling nicely back into her familiar cozy surroundings. Found...Calico cat in Newfield-Ithaca area. Female, I think but didn't look too closely because it is not in terrific shape. Will be fine with a little food and medical attention, though. No collar but very friendly and scared of traffic, which makes me believe that he/she is someone's lost pet. Has a warm bed and plenty of food and TLC for the night. I will be taking it to the Ithaca NY SPCA first thing in the AM for medical attention. I believe that she may have been hit by a car shortly before I stopped. Her tags are for Pennsylvania, Allegany county. They have either a Penn. area code phone number or a 800 number. The rabies tag is for New York through the Affordable Veterinarians, Hornell NY, phone number is (607) 324-2855. The dog was taken on 1/9/00 in the afternoon in Alfred NY at 180 N. Main St. There has a warning for four weeks in Allegany county (NY)of people stealing pure bred dogs to sell to labs. The owner was unaware of the warning until it was to late. Please at least spread the word about the warning. There is a $300 award for the safe return of Mikalia. We are hopeful that the people responsible for this horrific crime will not be able to find any takers for Mikalia due to her heart problem.
