I am a neighbor posting for Marion of her LOST cat, she has no computer so I'm posting this for her. Her cat Misha, has been missing since 12/16/01. Misha is a semi-long haired Tabby, Tortoshell, sort of Calico mix. She is spayed. Misha's colors are brown, dark brown, peach and white. The white is mostly on her chest, part of her face, and paws. This cat is de-clawed. Misha also has a black mole on her lower right jaw. She is missing from Springwood Drive in Webster. Lost: "Tora" 4 yr old, female American Staffordshire Terrier. She is a red tip fawn or tan with white markings and purple/reddish lips, nose and eye lids. Her chest is almost all white. She ways about 70#, and has a scar on her belly from being spayed. She was wearing a brown leather collar with silver smooth studs. She was stolen from my fenced in yard in the Goodman ST.area on Tuesday evening the 15th of October. She is loved by 5 year old twins and her leader: Karen. She has been stolen three times now, if a family has found her lovable and lives in a non inner city area where she can be a dog, we will allow her to be adopted. We just want to know she is safe and see her for ourselves. We are afraid to keep her because she has been taken and needs to get out of the city where people use her for status. Jessie
I recently moved into a townhouse in September that does not allow pets - King Henry's Court on Britton Road in Greece. However, I discovered a young cat living on my doorstep. I think it's a female, adolescent, all white, tiny feet, with only two black spots: one on the top of her head that looks like black hair parted in the middle, and one on her tail that goes from base to tip! She is very talkative and affectionate - obviously someone's pet at one time. The weather is getting bad and she desperately needs a good home. She cries all night because she has no shelter. LOST! Ralphie who is a very large black cat with a loooonnng tail which he carries up and arced. He got out of the house on 10/3, and he's never been outside before. Mt. This little kitty (maybe 1-2 yrs. old) showed up in our bushes last Thursday (Oct. 11th). There is no collar on the cat, but it has a nice coat and does have all her claws. She is grey and orange and has a predominately grey face. She is very friendly and seems like she's been around people (maybe an inside cat). We live at 3 Cornhill Terrace and she has been at our house as well as some of the neighbors. Please call us at 325-6578 if this kitty belongs to you...she's very sweet and we would love to keep her, but our 10 yr. old male, Spencer, isn't too happy about her presence. We put a sign out at the end of our street for a few days, indicating that we'd found her, but didn't have anyone contact us. It's now almost a week later and she's still around. FOUND Cat: Tortiseshell (black & brown). "Brownie" was sick when she "found" me two weeks ago in the Park Ave. area (Rochester). The vet estimates that she is 3-4 years old. Jake-Male White Shepard lost on 7-02-01 around 2:00pm. He left here with our other dog (Black & Tan) but he returned home on 7-04-01 at 7:00pm without Jake. Jake weighs about 70-80 pounds his colorings are a cream color with a rusty color saddle on his back. He was last seen at our home on Route 237 in South Byron. He has an old injury that could be bothering him with the cool nights and damp days Broken back & hip when he was a puppy. He is now 6 1/2 years of age. We had a call he was spotted at the 5 corners on Bank St in Batavia. If you see him he will probably stay away he was never very social. He is a very good dog but scared. He likes to ride in the back of pick-ups so you may be able to hold him for us this way. FOUND 6/1/01: Black male cat. Found roaming the streets in Scottsville area. We have had him neutered and are fostering him, trying to find a home... He's an adorable guy and loves nothing better than to curl up next to you. He is feline aids positive (not transmittable to humans or dogs), so he must not be around other cats, but he can have a normal happy indoor life.
