 Below are Spay / Neuter Resources for folks needing financial assistance in getting their personal  pet spayed or neutered, as well as for folks assisting feral or stray cats. Note that most SPCA's and  Humane Societies do have programs!  Someone will help you! However, You need to read each program's criteria and see  where you fit!
